Self pick-up / Delivery

Gentle Sloth Cake offers island wide delivery. We aim to deliver orders promptly, however delivery times may vary or delayed due to factors outside of our control such as inclement weather, traffic congestion, carrier delays or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

standard delivery timing (1pm to 5pm or 5pm to 9pm) - $12.00 per location

- specific timing delivery within the time frame of standard delivery is strictly not allowed. Should you require your order to reach at a certain specific time, do opt for express delivery

For specific timing delivery: 
express delivery (one hour time frame) - $35.00 per location

 

• Same Day Delivery

same day delivery would be under express delivery fee charge (+$35). Do kindly check with us for same day product availability via WhatsApp -  89506213

 

• Third-party delivery service

For any third-party drivers that is arranged / assigned on your own accord to collect order from us, please kindly ensure that the means of transportation is car instead of motorcycle.

Gentle Sloth Cake is not liable or responsible for any damages or issues caused by any third-party delivery service.

 

• Failed delivery

In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee of $25 will be imposed, subject to availability of delivery slots.

 

• Self pick-up

Pick-up point: 462A Crawford Lane, #01-73, Singapore 191462 (shop name: LE'TART) Hours: 12pm - 3.30pm 

please head to the online pick up collection sign station upon entering and collect your order from there. kindly note that this is a pick up point, not Gentle Sloth physical shop.

all collections are to be done as accordance to the pick up timing chosen at the calendar provided at the cart page before checking out. Any items that are not collected within the day will be discarded at the end of closing hours and there would be no refunds made.
