This baby face begins with a light and airy chocolate sponge and rose sponge, layered within this ethereal sponge is a layer of mixed berries compote and silky rose whipped ganache. 
Encasing these layers, discover a sumptuous mascarpone cream, marrying the flavour of flora rose. The final look then adorned with fresh raspberries and vanilla crumble for that crunch.
