This baby face begins with a light and airy chocolate sponge, layered within this ethereal sponge are velvety whispers of matcha ganache and matcha whipped ganache 
Encasing these layers, discover a sumptuous mascarpone cream, marrying the flavour of matcha. The final look then adorned with matcha crumble for that crunch.
