this limited seasonal edition is not the usual London caramel chocolate cake. It’s sweet, salty, creamy, crunchy. Basically everything we want in a chocolate cake. 

This baby face begins with a light and airy chocolate sponge, layered within this ethereal sponge are velvety whispers of chocolate ganache and salted caramel whipped ganache 
Encasing these layers, discover a sumptuous mascarpone cream, marrying the flavour of caramel. The final look then adorned with hazelnut feuilletine for that crunch.
